Searching for a Customer


In the Menu (search by name)

  1. Above the Customer/Pet List, click in the field labelled “Enter text to search”. Start typing any part of the customer’s name, and any customers matching will be shown. To search for all customers including those with a status of “Inactive”, ensure Show Non-Active is ticked first.
  2. When finished click Clear to display the full list of customers again.
  1. Click the Find Customer/Pet button in the top right corner of the menu to open the Find Customer form.
  2. Enter all or part of the customer Name, Address, Phone Number, or Pet Name field, then click Find. Any customers matching the criteria will be listed, clicking the “+” button in the Id column displays the customer’s pets.
  3. Select the customer required then click OK to have the customer selected in the Customer/Pet List.

When creating a new Booking

  1. In the booking form, click the Find Customer button next to the Customer drop-down to open the Find Customer form.
  2. Enter all or part of the customer Name, Address, Phone Number, or Pet Name field, then click Find. Any customers matching the criteria will be listed, clicking the “+” button in the Id column displays the customer’s pets.
  3. Select the customer required then click OK to have the customer brought into the booking form.
