Deleting a Customer

Deleting a Customer

Follow these steps to delete a customer and any of their associated data such as pets and bookings. Please note that you are only able to delete customers that do not have transactions raised against them:
  1. Locate the customer in the Customer/Pet List or search for the customer. Once found, double click or hit the ENTER key to open the customer flyout.
  2. Click Delete in the top right corner of the flyout.
Note: If you are using the Deskop Network or Cloud editions of PetLinx, users with the “General User” security group will only have the ability to delete customers if the “Delete Customer” permission is ticked in the System Options form, Security tab.
